The prisoner defiantly stares down Heinrich Himmler, Hitler’s right-hand-man, who was responsible for the Holocaust. Greasley’s confrontation with Himmler took place during an inspection of the camp he was confined to. The inmates were ordered to remain seated, but Greasley refused. Horace Greasley also escaped the death camp, but sneaked back in to rescue a German woman whom he had fallen in love with.
this is amazing
Wait it gets better, he escaped from the camp 200 times to meet with the woman he was in love with and returned after every time because there was no other place to go to. He also wrote an autobiography omfg this dude is seriously awesome
i want my home friends and my Illinois friends to meet. That would be awesome.

Dear everyone, happy fatherless day. To all of us that were abandoned, abused, disowned, were the dis-owners, hurt, never knew their father, or had theirs taken by a untimely death by illness, war, or tragic ways. Sperm donations to one night stands. Taken away or shoved away. No matter what, united as one.
I’m proud of each and everyone of you, and I love you all.
i agree with everything except the “fatherless” part, because although some of us may not have a father due to the circumstances above, it doesn’t mean an uncle, a grandfather, stepfather, or even a mother did not step in to fulfill that role for us. Proud that we’re all okay and I have to thank the ones in our lives that have helped achieve the sense of having a father figure.

I dunno… I still think little kids are evil and dangerous no matter how you raise them. Frankly, they scare me and I’m not opposed to banning children across the world outright. Maybe we should just stick to cats and dogs after all, they’re much safer, more loyal, less expensive and just all around better.
